Setting up an account
To place an order you will set up your own personal account. You can pre-register before shopping or you may wait until you are prompted to do so at checkout. Next time you shop, login before or after you add items to your cart. There is also an option to check-out as a Guest.
Can't remember your password?
Just click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to send a reminder. You may need to check your junk folder.
How to order
Simply browse our catalogue by clicking on any of the displayed categories along the top. Click on an item to view more details, select any attributes the item may have (such as colour or size), set the quantity you wish to purchase, then add it to your shopping cart. Continue shopping until you have everything you need. Once you are done, click the Check Out button to confirm your selections and proceed through the checkout by following the prompts.
Cross Border Shopping
If requesting a purchase from the another country, shop on the representive flag and purchase the product to be sent to that country location. You can use your credit card for cross-border shopping. This applies to any flag you purchasing from... shop on the flag your want your purchase to be shipped to.
How will I know you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email within seconds of placing your order. Please keep a copy for reference.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on damaged or defective product. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at corpro@elitepromomarketing.com to submit the request. Please email us the items you would like to return, your reason for return, your order number, and your contact information along with your request. We will review your request and respond with further instruction.
